http://www.daneldon.org
The web based gallery and information site for Dan Eldon, a young
Reuters photojournalist killed in Somalia in the early 1990's. His life
and personal artwork are amazing and inspiring, to put it mildly.

James Kochalka is a genius in so many ways (musician, cartoonist, all
around funny guy), it boggles the mind. See his cartoons and buy his
books and CDs.
http://www.rareybird.com
The wartime sketchbooks of Captain George "Dad" Rarey,
a cartoonist who was KIA while a fighter pilot in WWII. The site was authored
by his
late son (with memoir excerpts by Dad Rarey's widow), and is a touching
tribute to a versatile and talented man. I've got the book, too, which
is even cooler.

Sweet, subtle, slice of life comic by Toronto artist and designer Matt
Blackett. I read a few of these and all of a sudden it seemed like I
was experiencing the rest of the day in 3-panel chunks. Nice,
economical drawing style as well.

Cooper is a fellow Atlantan, gentleman, scholar, and draws a helluva cool monkey picture. His collage and illustration work are fantastic, and I am looking forward to when he gets his sketchbook section online.
http://www.moleskinerie.com
A blog run by Armand Frasco, dedicated to Moleskine notebooks and
sketchbooks. A cool resource for anyone who's as big a fan as I am of
Moleskine products.
